How to solve the problem with MP3 file processing in IVR MikoPBX?

When uploading MP3 files to IVR, some issues may arise:

  1. An error appears in the logs: ‘mpg123: Can’t rewind stream by 12 bits’
  2. During playback, the sound is low or absent
    Solution:
  • Convert MP3 to WAV with parameters: 8000 Hz frequency, mono
  • Upload the resulting WAV file through the web interface
    Reason: Compatibility issues with mpg123 and high bitrate files
