How to solve the problem with MP3 file processing in IVR MikoPBX?
When uploading MP3 files to IVR, some issues may arise:
- An error appears in the logs: ‘mpg123: Can’t rewind stream by 12 bits’
- During playback, the sound is low or absent
Solution:
- Convert MP3 to WAV with parameters: 8000 Hz frequency, mono
- Upload the resulting WAV file through the web interface
Reason: Compatibility issues with mpg123 and high bitrate files
