Why Isn’t the Non-Working Hours Rule Working After Updating MikoPBX?
- Check the correctness of the DID number in routing settings and non-working hours rules
- In the call log (Call Details), verify which DID number is actually coming from the provider
- Ensure that the DID in non-working hours rules exactly matches the format received from the provider (with or without the ‘7’ prefix)
- If routes are working but non-working hours rules are not - check the DID correspondence in both places
