Configuring Group Routing for Outbound Calls

How to set up outbound call routing through specific trunks for different employee groups?

Use the free module ‘Phone Group Management’:

  1. Create groups for departments/employees
  2. Configure routing rules for each group
  3. Define allowed number patterns
  4. Specify allowed trunks
    You can create both group and individual rules for specific employees with access restrictions to certain directions (for example, 8800)
