How to limit the synchronization of conversation records with 1C to a specific period only?
In the current version, there is no built-in capability to limit the synchronization period for records from 1C. During module update, a full synchronization of all records occurs. It is recommended to wait for the initial synchronization to complete, after which only new records will be loaded.
