DDI Setup & Voicemail forwarding from out of office IVR

Good evening All

I am new to this PBX and what a great bit of software it is. I am having a few small issues setting up two things.

  1. I am trying to add a DDI number to an extension that bypasses the IVR office hours. When I add it and test I get the out of hours IVR still even after setting a routing rule and does not ring the handset.

  2. After the out of office IVR plays saying we are closed etc I need it to forward to a voicemail box as follows inbound call > IVR plays info and says please leave a voicemail > then to voicemail box after 1-3 secs.

Any help would be great and thank you in advance.
