Why do I get two recording files for internal calls, one with ‘pickup’ prefix?
- An additional file with the ‘pickup’ prefix may be created when:
- Using call pickup code *8
- Answering a call through 1C telephony panel
- To diagnose the exact cause, it is necessary to check system logs
- Creating an additional recording affects disk space usage
