Duplicating Recording Files During Internal Calls

Why do I get two recording files for internal calls, one with ‘pickup’ prefix?

  1. An additional file with the ‘pickup’ prefix may be created when:
  • Using call pickup code *8
  • Answering a call through 1C telephony panel
  1. To diagnose the exact cause, it is necessary to check system logs
  2. Creating an additional recording affects disk space usage
  3. Path to logs for analysis: /storage/usbdisk1/mikopbx/log/asterisk/
