Where are Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates located and how are they updated in MikoPBX?

SSL Certificates:

Stored in the SSL Certificates tab in general settings
Automatically applied to web interface (443) and SIP-TLS (5061)
Automatic update configured via cron
System reboot may be required after update
Full system reboot is needed to apply changes to all services
