I have configured an Incoming Route with a Voice Greeting/IVR, and the configuration appears to be similar to the official MikoPBX documentation. However, when an external call comes in, the voice greeting does not play. Instead, the call goes directly to an extension.
My expected call flow is:
Incoming SIP Call → Incoming Route → IVR → Voice Greeting → Extension/IVR Option
@masudwepl, which MikoPBX version are you running, and does the IVR issue still occur on that version?
The current stable release is Core 2026.5.6. If you are running an older version, please save a backup, update to the current stable release and retry the same incoming call.
For now, the version and test result are enough. If the greeting is still skipped on the current release, we can then check the route and IVR settings.
