Why are phone registration indicators inactive in the panel, even though calls are working?

  1. Cause: masquerade issue with two providers on Mikrotik
  2. Solution:
  • Replace masquerade rule with source NAT on Mikrotik
  1. Symptoms:
  • Gray registration indicators
  • Working calls
  • Temporary solution through station restart
