How Does Routing Work During Non-Working Hours?

Routing during non-working hours works based on DID:

  1. The system checks the DID of the incoming call
  2. Compares it with the DID specified in non-working hours rules
  3. When a match is found, the corresponding rule is applied (non-working hours melody is played)
  4. For correct operation, an exact match of DID from the provider with the settings in the rules is critical
