How Does Routing Work During Non-Working Hours?
Routing during non-working hours works based on DID:
- The system checks the DID of the incoming call
- Compares it with the DID specified in non-working hours rules
- When a match is found, the corresponding rule is applied (non-working hours melody is played)
- For correct operation, an exact match of DID from the provider with the settings in the rules is critical
