Setting Non-Working Hours in MikoPBX

How to configure non-working hours for incoming calls in MikoPBX?

In current versions of MikoPBX, it is sufficient to create one non-working hours rule with a specified interval (for example, 22:00-08:00). It is not necessary to specify days of the week if the rule should work daily. If there are problems with the rule’s operation, it is recommended to:

  1. Clear the period and specify only the time
  2. Remove the selection of days of the week to apply to all days
  3. Check the correctness of the rule settings in the incoming routing section
