How to configure non-working hours for incoming calls in MikoPBX?
In current versions of MikoPBX, it is sufficient to create one non-working hours rule with a specified interval (for example, 22:00-08:00). It is not necessary to specify days of the week if the rule should work daily. If there are problems with the rule’s operation, it is recommended to:
- Clear the period and specify only the time
- Remove the selection of days of the week to apply to all days
- Check the correctness of the rule settings in the incoming routing section
