  1. In Security → Trust Certificates, upload the public part of the root certificate (public key) in .crt format
  2. When using intermediate certificates, upload the entire certificate chain
  3. The private key remains only on the MikoPBX server
  4. Device Certificates settings can be skipped as they only relate to the phone’s web interface
  5. Ensure that in the SIP account settings, TLS transport is selected and the correct TLS version (1.2) is specified
